Returns & Exchanges 退換貨政策

• Vein Studio 首飾系列所使用的海玻璃或回收玻璃，在設計上刻意保留其人為或自然破損的紋路，因此，破裂痕跡不屬瑕疵範圍。
  The sea glass and the recycled glass contain natural marks. We cherish these marks. This is not a defect but a natural phenomenon which makes our jewellery items unique from one another.

• 珍珠為大自然產物，會產生必然的生長痕跡與紋理，與些微的尺寸上誤差，不屬於瑕疵範圍。
  Pearls that Vein Studio use are naturally formed, therefore, minor size, color, pattern variation and are not defects but a natural phenomenon.

• 陶瓷商品，因每件皆為手工製作，手工痕跡與尺寸誤差為正常狀況。
  Each jewellery piece is individually handcrafted so size and color may slightly vary from the featured images.

• 實際商品與照片會因觀看的螢幕不同而有色差，請多見諒。
  Please note that color difference might occur by viewing from different screen. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

• 實體通路 (僅接受重大瑕疵退貨) 
• 實體店面依消費者保護法第十九條規定，凡從實體店面售出的商品，無論拆封、使用與否，皆不享有七天猶豫之權益。為確保其他顧客之權益，請於現場購買時仔細檢查，Vein Studio 有權利不提供退換貨服務。 
  If you purchase our product through physical shops, workshops, or events, we only accept exchange when there is a major defect.

• 我們尊重各商場通路的交易原則，於退換貨時，持商品、包裝和發票明細於交易的商場進行更換，不得與其他通路合併使用。 
  If you purchase our product from our stockists, please contact them directly for exchange and return.

一般退換貨  Standard return policy
 

• 網路購物享有七天猶豫期，如需辦理退換貨，請在收到商品的七天內 (含周六日與國定假期等) 寄 Email | veinstudioinfo@gmail.com 或於 instagram 私訊與我們聯繫。若超過期限，恕不接受退換貨。
  We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for only exchange of goods or store credit. Send us an email at veinstudioinfo@gmail.com or message us through our Instagram account to start the return process. 

• 退換貨所產生的費用，將由消費者自行負擔。
  The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• 退換貨商品須在未使用的全新狀態，連同包裝、出貨單、明細、發票、附件和贈品一並寄回，如發現瑕疵或是不齊全的狀況時，恕不全額退款，甚至拒絕退貨。
  Returned items must be returned in the original packaging with receipt and unworn. We do not accept items that are damaged or incomplete.

• 個人客製商品，含尺寸、造型與材料的修改與訂製屬於特殊訂製，不接受退換貨政策。
  We do not accept return or exchange the custom made items, including size, design, and materials.
